US issue with alternate cover; cover featuring black background instead of flames in reaction to the plane crash of the band on their tour supporting this album; includes insert with band info and merchandise promo sheet (t-shirts and jewelry) added was a note on a trust fund for Ronnie Van Zant's two daughters and Steve Gaine's daughter. (Don't have the insert)
